Grenache Rosé
Grenache Rosé is a dry, fruity rosé made from Grenache, particularly popular across southern France and Mediterranean wine regions. Expect strawberry, raspberry and watermelon with citrus, herbs and gentle spice. Ribera del Duero
Ribera del Duero is a bold, dry red from northern Spain, made mainly from Tempranillo – locally known as Tinto Fino or Tinta del País. Mourvèdre
Mourvèdre is a bold, dry red grape best known in southern France and Spain, where it goes by the name Monastrell. Viura
Viura is a dry, fresh white grape best known from Spain, particularly Rioja, where it’s used for everything from crisp young whites to richer, oak-aged wines. Verdejo
Verdejo is a dry, crisp white from Spain, best known from the Rueda region, with flavours of lime, green apple and grapefruit alongside herbs, tropical fruit and a subtle bitter edge. Fresh, aromatic and seriously refreshing, it’s brilliant with seafood, sushi, salads, roast chicken, tapas and grilled vegetables.


Toro
Toro is a bold, dry red from Castilla y León in northwestern Spain, made mainly from a local expression of Tempranillo known as Tinta de Toro. Expect blackberry, black cherry and plum with spice, cocoa and smoky oak. Full-bodied and powerful, it’s brilliant with steak, roast beef, lamb, BBQ ribs, burgers and slow-cooked meat.


Tempranillo
Tempranillo is a bold, dry red grape from Spain and the star behind some of the country’s most famous wines, including Rioja and Ribera del Duero.
