Rosé Prosecco
Rosé Prosecco is a fresh, sparkling pink wine from northeastern Italy, made mainly from Glera with a small amount of Pinot Noir. Expect strawberry, raspberry and red apple alongside peach, citrus and white flowers. Light, fruity and incredibly easy to drink, it’s brilliant with prawns, sushi, charcuterie, pizza, brunch and berry desserts.


Rosé Champagne
Rosé Champagne is a sparkling pink wine from the Champagne region of France, usually made from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. Expect strawberry, raspberry and red cherry alongside citrus, brioche and toast. Fresh but fuller-flavoured than many sparkling wines, it’s brilliant with salmon, prawns, sushi, roast chicken, charcuterie and berry desserts.


Rosato
Rosato is the Italian name for rosé, covering pink wines made across Italy from grapes such as Sangiovese, Montepulciano, Negroamaro and other local varieties. Styles vary, but expect strawberry, raspberry and red cherry with citrus, herbs and gentle spice. Fresh and food-friendly, it’s brilliant with pizza, pasta, seafood, grilled chicken, antipasti and salads.


Prosecco

Pinot Meunier
Pinot Meunier is a light to medium-bodied red grape from France, best known as one of the key grapes used in Champagne. When made as a still red, expect juicy cherry, raspberry and strawberry with floral, herbal and gently earthy flavours. Fresh and soft, it’s brilliant with roast chicken, pork, duck, salmon, charcuterie and mushroom dishes.


Muscat Blanc
Muscat Blanc is a highly aromatic white grape grown across France, Italy, Greece and beyond, producing wines from completely dry to lusciously sweet. Expect peach, apricot and citrus with orange blossom, honeysuckle and fresh grape flavours. It’s brilliant with spicy Asian food, fruit desserts, seafood, soft cheese and fresh fruit.


Mourvèdre Rosé
Mourvèdre Rosé is a dry, full-flavoured rosé best known from southern France and Mediterranean wine regions. Expect strawberry, raspberry and watermelon with herbs, citrus and peppery spice. Fresh but more structured than many rosés, it’s brilliant with grilled chicken, salmon, prawns, BBQ food, pizza and Mediterranean dishes.


Garnacha Rosado
Garnacha Rosado is a dry, fruity rosé from Spain, made from the Garnacha grape. Expect strawberry, raspberry and watermelon with citrus, herbs and a touch of spice. Fresh but fuller-flavoured than many pale rosés, it’s brilliant with tapas, prawns, grilled chicken, paella, pizza, salads and Mediterranean dishes.


Cinsault Rosé
Cinsault Rosé is a dry, light-bodied rosé best known from southern France, with fresh strawberry, raspberry and watermelon flavours alongside citrus, flowers and delicate herbs. Soft, crisp and easy-drinking, it’s brilliant with prawns, grilled fish, chicken, salads, sushi, Mediterranean food and soft cheese.
