Lambrusco
Lambrusco is a sparkling red from Emilia-Romagna in northern Italy that can range from bone-dry to noticeably sweet. Expect juicy cherry, strawberry, raspberry and blackberry with refreshing acidity and plenty of fizz. It's brilliant with pizza, lasagne, charcuterie, Parmesan, burgers and anything involving prosciutto or salami.
Albariño
Albariño is a dry, crisp white best known from Galicia in northwestern Spain, with bright lemon, lime and peach flavours alongside white flowers and a distinctive salty, mineral edge. Fresh, aromatic and practically made for seafood, it’s brilliant with prawns, oysters, mussels, crab, grilled fish, sushi and seafood pasta.
Semillon
Sémillon is a versatile white grape best known from Bordeaux in France and Australia’s Hunter Valley, producing everything from crisp, dry whites to rich, honeyed dessert wines.
