Saint-Aubin
White Saint-Aubin is a dry, elegant Chardonnay from Burgundy’s Côte de Beaune in France, with flavours of lemon, green apple and pear alongside white flowers and a fresh mineral edge. Refined but not overly rich, it’s brilliant with prawns, scallops, grilled fish, roast chicken, creamy pasta and mushroom dishes.


Valpolicella
Valpolicella is a dry, light to medium-bodied red from Veneto in northern Italy, usually made from Corvina alongside other local grapes. Expect juicy cherry, raspberry and red plum with gentle herbs and spice. Fresh, fruity and incredibly food-friendly, it's a great match for pizza, lasagne, tomato pasta, roast chicken, pork and a loaded antipasti board.


Greco di Tufo
Greco di Tufo is a dry, medium-bodied white from Campania in southern Italy, made from the Greco grape. Expect lemon, green apple and pear with stone fruit, herbs and a distinctive mineral edge. Fresh but full of character, it’s brilliant with seafood, prawns, grilled fish, seafood pasta, roast chicken and fresh Italian dishes.


Soave
Soave is a dry, light to medium-bodied white from Veneto in northern Italy, made mainly from the Garganega grape. Expect lemon, green apple and pear with white flowers, herbs and a subtle almond finish. Fresh but full of character, it’s brilliant with prawns, grilled fish, seafood pasta, risotto, roast chicken and light Italian dishes.


Pinot Blanc
Pinot Blanc is a dry, light to medium-bodied white grown across France, Germany, Austria and northern Italy. Expect crisp apple, pear and citrus with white flowers, almond and a gentle creamy edge. Fresh but rounded, it’s brilliant with seafood, roast chicken, creamy pasta, salads, grilled vegetables and soft cheese.


Marsanne
Marsanne is a dry, medium to full-bodied white grape best known from France’s Rhône Valley, with ripe pear, peach and melon alongside white flowers, almonds and gentle spice. Rich, rounded and beautifully textured, it’s brilliant with roast chicken, pork, grilled fish, creamy pasta, mushroom dishes and buttery seafood.


Garganega
Garganega is a dry, light to medium-bodied white grape from Veneto in northern Italy and the star behind Soave. Expect lemon, pear and green apple with white flowers, herbs and a distinctive almond finish. Fresh but full of character, it’s brilliant with seafood, grilled fish, risotto, roast chicken, pesto pasta and fresh Italian dishes.


Dolcetto
Dolcetto is a dry, medium-bodied red from Piedmont in northern Italy, packed with black cherry, plum and blackberry alongside violet, herbs and a distinctive almond note. Fruity, soft and made for drinking young, it’s brilliant with pizza, lasagne, spaghetti bolognese, sausages, charcuterie and mushroom dishes.


Cava
Cava is a dry, traditional-method sparkling wine from Spain, most famously made in Catalonia from grapes including Macabeo, Xarel-lo and Parellada. Expect lemon, green apple and pear with almond, toast and gentle brioche notes. Crisp and seriously food-friendly, it’s brilliant with tapas, seafood, sushi, fried food, charcuterie and paella.
